For your information we have about 60-70 criminal laws and the major one being, the PENAL CODE which has 511 sections - containing various offences I think the authorities must be lazy to go through which law should be applied and the easiest thing is to apply the ISA. They must understand the hardship the detainees go through; no human rights. we are supposed to be member of the UN - what for - better come out of the UN.
